Came out the same day, fixed everything in a timely manner. Was very sociable, and was very knowledgeable, even with a claw foot tub. And didn't gouge us with the pricing. Will definitely be using again and recommending to family and friends.

These guys are amazing!! we recently moved into a house and it runs on well water, we didn't have any water and we called these guys and the very next morning they was here, they worked long and hard hours to find our well and make sure we had water, the well was not easy to find, these guys worked day and night and even the 4th of July and Saturday in 100 degree weather to find our well.. They was very professional and kept us updated on everything going on! We are extremely happy with the service they provided us!! We will most definitely be giving them a call if we ever need plumbing services again!!!!

We cant say enough good things about this company! I called Jeremy on a sunday because my water heater had quit working while we had called other companies for emergency visit this company actually delivered. He missed my call and called back straight away and said it would be a few hours before he could get out to take a look. He came through with that and he handled dealing with our home warranty to get the approval for a new water heater. He had a spare water heater he brought out with him but it was too big for the space we had he went out of his way to go and get the perfect fit one for our home! I am blown away by the service of these guys. They definitely went above and beyond on the plumbing job. I had a couple of cracked pipes in the basement and underground outside. They discovered a lot more issues when they dug up the pipes and did what they needed to do so the same issues wouldn't come up again. I would definitely suggest these guys to anyone who needs plumbing work. They do the job right the first time. They are trustworthy and up front about any further issues detected as they work. They were more thorough in the initial inspection of what was going on than any other plumber who came out to take a look. They are also very reasonable with their pricing.

Discovered a sewer line leak on Sunday, called Monday morning and they fit us in schedule late Monday to check it out. Complete break of sewer line and we couldn't drain water or flush toilets. Very stressful situation.

Second time I've had to call them for issues with my sewer line. They were friendly, helpful, and patient with me making a nuisance of myself. They got the line cleared out, found the reason it keeps backing up, and gave me a quote on fixing it. They also fixed my busted garbage disposal and gave me some helpful advice while they were here.

Jeff did a great job. Because I was hovering, he explained each step to me. He was pleasant, clean, polite, fast. (What he actually did was replace the valves that provide water to the washing machine.) Based on this experience I would definitely recommend JBM Plumbing to others.

My main water line shut off valve in the house was leaking. Jeff came out and was very personable as well as professional. I like DIY projects so he didn't mind me hanging around to watch the repair. He replaced the valve quickly and the price was very reasonable. Would definitely recommend to others and call again myself if necessary.
